Service Description

Online Class Functional Standing/Seated Pilates Exercises Improve your strength, flexibility and balance with targetted and effective Pilates exercises especially for Older Adults You will need an upright sturdy chair. You will need also need: hand weights (0.5 kilos - 0.75 max OR filled water bottles or tins of food) Resistance Band (medium weight extra long) OR a tea towel. You will be sent a Zoom code to join the class online. A recording of the class will also be sent out which you can do in your own time.
